Today, we meet with Ms. Lana Stevens from LOPA to show her what parts of our project we had completed since we last saw her. This way, we could get her opinion on what she liked about what we had done, what she didn’t like, and what improvements she thought we could make. What I had to show her was three copies of possible formats of a sign in sheet. Ms. Stevens liked my formats, but liked 1st one most. She felt it looked best for the event and had a clean design and could allow for enough room for people to sign in. I also explained to her the reasoning for there being a large area of white space on the top of the sheets. The reason for this being that the logo we intend to use is not yet ready, and is therefore missing from my sheets. The only adjustment she posed was for me to add a column for phone numbers, and another for email, rather than one column for general contact information. Taking this into account, I changed all my documents to best fit what she wants to use, this way, incase one turns out wrong, I have others to fall back on.
