1/7/19 Mindset Quiz and Videos

On Monday, the 7th of January, I started an activity that was titled "Mindset Workshop." In this activity, my team members and I watched a couple videos talking about growth mindsets and fixed mindsets. In as few words as possible, a growth mindset is a way of thinking that encompasses the ideas of growth and that, with enough effort and persistence, anyone can achieve anything. On the other hand, a fixed mindset believes in the idea that people are born with talents and that talents will determine a person's success in life. After learning about these mindsets, we took as short quiz that would determine what type of mindset we have. I found out I have a fixed mindset with some ideas of a growth mindset. I think the concept of a growth and a fixed mindset is more or less accurate from my point of view, and I agree with the results of the quiz I took. Over all, this workshop was a fairly easy one to pay attention to and complete and I enjoyed the experience.
